XALT Academy is supporting IT companies by providing readily available employee manpower. While supporting placement cell of collegesto pace up their recruitment and supporting student independently to get placement in companies.
We are built on the noble cause of pacing up the industry 4.0 in India by upgrading the skills of youth at no cost. The deserving candidate will have a brighter future by getting the professional and in-demand learning without any cost and will also get assistance in getting employed right after finishing their education.
3 Months Cycle
Throughout the course there would be a comunication training to clear the interview.
Understand the corporate culture and learn how to work in a team.
Candidate would be working on live project to understand the industry trend and requirement.
We need the student's commitment and the parent's/guardian's approval for enrollment. To avail the job assurance,the student
will have to complete the course in the stipulated duration of three months and clear the performance assessment.
XALT Academy
may absorb the candidate, place them via the empaneled placement consultant or direct to corporate. Please note that in case the
student, parent or guardian decides to withdraw and quit the bootcamp before it's completion or get placed by themselves, they will
be liable to pay the full bootcamp fee as agreed in the contract.
